How to Set Default Offer Method

To change the default offer method—the method CrewDriver sends work offers when not using the Advanced Call Wizard to use referral lists:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Under Offers > Method, choose Fewest Hours First or Rank Method
  3. Save changes

If you choose Fewest Hours First, this makes it so the Fewest Hours First checkbox in call creation is automatically checked. You can still use Fewest Hours First with the Rank Method as the default by checking its box in call creation and vice versa.



Create a Referral List

Turn on Advanced Call Wizard in Settings to enable referral lists.

  1. On Lists page, click Add Referral List
  2. Name and save a new referral list
  3. Click on the new referral list in the referral list view page to open the list editor
  4. Add crew to the referral list
  5. Save

Start a Call on a Referral List

Turn on Advanced Call Wizard in Settings.

  1. Create a new call or edit a call.
  2. Select Advanced under "Create New Call".
  3. Below the offer text examples, select a referral list from the dropdown to be the Starting List.
    1. Check the "Use rotating list" checkbox to send offers using the rotational method, otherwise offers will be send with the non-rotational method.

Once the selected referral list is exhausted, CrewDriver will cycle to the next list in order until all lists are exhausted.

Start a Call on a Position List (Contract Procedure)

Turn on Advanced Call Wizard in Settings.

  1. Create a new call or edit a call.
  2. Select Advanced under "Create New Call".
  3. Below the offer text examples, select a position list from the dropdown to be the Starting List.

Once the selected position list is exhausted, CrewDriver will move to the first referral list and then cycle through the next list in order until all lists are exhausted.
