Call Dashboard

View, search, and manage recent and upcoming calls.

Actions

Start button Start Call - Send offers to workers until all shifts are filled or another action interrupts the call.

Step forward button Step Forward - Send first round of offers to workers then pauses.

Pause button Pause Call - Halt call from sending the next round of offers, responses to offers can still be sent in.

 Set to Emergency - Change Escalation Rate to Emergency. Rounds of offers will be sent out every minute, ignoring Messaging Hours.

Copy call button Copy Call - Create a duplicate call, including details, positions, and tweaks.

Edit button Edit Call - Pause the call and opens call details for editing. Choose between resetting or maintaining confirmed shifts.

Fast forward button Fast Forward - Move the call to send the next round of offers.

Stop button Finish Call - Complete the call even with empty shifts remaining, no more offers are sent and any confirmation responses are waitlisted.

Delete button Delete Call - Remove the call from the dashboard.

Rewind button Rewind Call - Return to the beginning of worker list so as to send an offer to workers who didn't respond to the previous offer.

Hide button Hide Call - Hide call from dashboard unless View Hidden Calls is on.

 Reveal Call - Reveal call on default dashboard view.

Send email buttonCancel or compose email button

Send Email to Workers on Calls - Send an email to all workers confirmed on a selection of calls by clicking the Group Email Select button Send email button, checking boxes of calls to email to, then click the Compose Email button and fill in the dialogue or copy emails of confirmed workers, or exit with the cancel button Cancel or compose email button.

Status

 Ready to Launch - All call details are filled and the call can be started at any time.

 Searching for Crew - Offers have been sent to crew and are awaiting response.

Complete - All shifts have been filled.

  Paused - Incomplete call is paused.

 All Crew have been Messaged - All crew have been messaged but there are remaining shifts to fill.

 Needs Editing - Call still requires details filled before ready to launch.

Call Landline - Worker with a landline needs to be called and manually confirmed, call has paused. Click the status icon to open a modal for the worker.

Call Details

View worker placement and shifts, and apply changes to calls without editing them via call creation.

Actions

Manage and edit call.


Preview message button Preview Messages - View offer, confirmation, and reminder texts sent to workers.

Tweak call button Tweak Call - Open modal to view, add, and import tweaks. Pauses call.

Send email button Email Confirmed Workers - Send an email to confirmed workers.

Text reminder button Text Reminder to Confirmed Workers - Send a reminder text to confirmed workers. Opens a modal with option to add to the text.

 Activity Log - View and search activity log for this call.

Download timesheet button Download Timesheet - Download timesheet, option to include phone numbers.

Change escalation rate button Change Escalation Rate - Change to one of the preset escalation rates. Changing the rate resets the timer, if you want to send the next round of offers immediately use the Fast forward button Fast Forward button for the call on the dashboard.

Refresh call details button Refresh Call Details - Manually refresh job details to update worker responses.


Shifts

Manage workers and shifts.

 Shift Dropdown - Choose to view all shifts or by position.

 Send Reminder Text - Send worker a reminder text for this shift.

 Resend Offer - Resend offer to worker assigned to this shift.

 Change Position - Open modal to choose which position on the call to change the worker's shift to.

 Assign Worker - Open modal to search and select a worker for this shift. Continue selecting workers to fill remaining shifts for this position.

 Remove Worker - Remove worker from this shift. Sends them a text notifying they have been removed.

 Remove Shift - Remove shift from the call.

 Lock Shift - Shift currently unlocked, CrewDriver will send offers for this shift. Click to lock shift.

 Unlock shift - Shift currently locked, CrewDriver won't send offers for this shift. Click to unlock shift.

Add Shift  - Add a shift to the currently displayed position.

Add Position(s)  - Open modal similar to the Positions page in call creation. Search and add positions by inputting a number of shifts and clicking Update Shift(s).

Placement

View who has or would have been sent an offer.

Deciding - Workers who have been sent an offer but have not responded and the call has not escalated to the next round of offers yet.

Waiting list - Workers responded to accept a shift: after all shifts were filled, shift prior to the call starting, after the call closed, or despite a scheduling conflict.

Skipped - Workers who were skipped due to scheduling conflict or were unavailable.

Declines - Workers who did not accept a shift. Declined shifts have a timestamp noting when the shift was declined. Passive declines (did not respond within the escalation period) have no timestamp.
