We 2 texts per offer, to give a little more space for the "Here's how you respond" info at the bottom.

We use the 1/2 and 2/2 indicator. We can't control what the telco's do with ordering texts, this was the compromise we met (we really tried, actually I was originally determined to have it work like a feed, but the telco's basically throw all inbound texts into a bucket and access them randomly).

The good news is you can switch it over two a single text offer in "Settings" whenever you like (we usually suggest after you've run a couple of full crew test calls).

Also, you can max out the character count on every work offer. There's a tool that'll show you how many characters have been used into total. So you can do things like use shorter versions of the call name if you need to claw back a few more characters.
