2. Under Offers > Method, choose Fair Offer Method Fewest Hours First or Rank Method
3. Save changes

If you choose Fewest Hours First, this makes it so the Fewest Hours First checkbox in call creation is automatically checked. You can still use Fewest Hours First with the Rank Method as the default by checking its box in call creation.
