Notifications

To receive notifications, add your phone number to Administrator Phone (texts between 0900 and 1700 local time) or 24hr Administrator Phone, or Administrator Email under Notifications in Settings.

You will receive notifications when...

  • All shifts on a call are filled
  • A call reaches the end of a position list with shifts still available
  • The call has paused so you can act on a person with a landline
  • Someone who is confirmed for a shift removes themselves
