In order to help ease the transition to a new scheduling tool, we send your crew some "onboarding" messages immediately when you add them. These message help to get your crew accustomed to using CrewDriver. First we send the following message...

Onboard Text 1:

John? It's QA at CrewDriver. Let us know it's okay to send you work notifications here by replying with "CREW 00000 yes"

After they respond to the initial onboarding text message we then send the following message.

Onboard Text 2:

Thanks! We can now send work notifications via CrewDriver. For an email on how it works, send "CREW 11111 email(your email)".

If your crew responds to our second onboarding message, we'll update their email in CrewDriver and send them an informational email about what CrewDriver is and how to use it. You can view the email here.

 

If your crew doesn't respond to the onboarding message

If your crew doesn't respond to the onboarding text in 24h, we will automatically try sending them another. We will send them a total of 3 additional messages over the course of 3 days if the worker never responds.

No response Onboard Text 1:

It's QA at CrewDriver. Thought I'd try again. Please reply with "CREW 00000 yes"

No response Onboard Text 2:

Please reply with "CREW 00000 yes". It's QA at CrewDriver.

No response Onboard Text 3:

Hey John, can you please give QA at CrewDriver a call at the office.
