Assigning Workers & Adding Slots

If a call is not in “play” status, it won’t text an assigned worker.

If a call is done, and you add a slot, it will switch the call to play - but only for one cycle. Then it returns to done.

 

Assigning a person to a done call (which is still in the future) triggers a modal which says…
Do you want to text people as you assign them?

  • No - the call is set to pause

  • Yes - the call is set to play

 

Adding a position to a done call should set the call to Pause.
